Big announcement! New co-host on new Happtivist podcast - brought to you by Action for Happiness AUS

I am delighted to announce that I am the co-host for ‘Happtivist’ – a brand new podcast by Action for Happiness Australia.

Officially launched on October 16, the podcast aims to inspire action for a compassionate and connected society. The podcast uses the science of wellbeing, but in a way that you, the listener, can connect with, understand, and apply immediately.

Dr. Narelle Lemon is my co-host and the chair of Action for Happiness Australia. She is an educator, coach and researcher and is extremely passionate about individual self-care.

By providing ideas and helping you make direct connections to things that happen in your everyday, we want to empower you with your wellbeing so you can take individual and collective action towards happiness.

We are aligned with the Action for Happiness UK, who have identified the 10 keys to happier living. In the first episode, we talk about one of these 10 keys – ‘Emotions’ and taking a positive approach.

Research has discovered that all emotions are helpful, but experiencing positive emotions, even briefly, can result in greater creativity, attention, trust connection and resilience. We discuss this in detail throughout the podcast.
