HOW IT WORKS
Contact me to arrange a 60 minute conversation to discuss end of life medical and funeral preferences. I will support you to understand and document your wishes regarding legal choices, medical treatment and funeral arrangements.

After this, you will complete other necessary personal details such as Next of Kin and service contacts in your own time.
We will then have a 30 minute follow up chat where I'll answer any of your questions and finalise your booklet.

You will then have a comprehensive document to share with your family and friends – and most importantly, you will have the peace of mind that any decisions they have to make at the end of your life will be guided by what you want for yourself.​
