Coaching is for anyone who’s looking to enhance their life in any way. Whether it’s for work, your personal life or anything in between, tailored coaching will get you where you want to be.
During a coaching session we don’t look back, we focus on the future. I want to get you from the good to the great!
I work with you to help you learn, and unlearn, mindsets, and find the best way to stop talking about change and start making a change.

We all get to a point in our lives where we could do with a trusted mentor and expert advice, and it’s usually easier to talk to someone who’s not a friend or family.
I’m here to guide you through whatever you’re facing today.
Between us we’ll answer the difficult questions and find a solution that takes you to the next step. When we’ve finished you’ll be brimming with confidence and feel ready to grab life by the horns!
Getting to know you
Before we get into the coaching, I’ll need to know a bit more about you.
That helps me understand your goals, what you want to get out of the sessions and for you to check I’m a good fit for you.
To start off I’ll send you a questionnaire to fill in then book an introductory meeting either face-to-face or via Skype or Zoom to check we’ve got the right dynamic. There’s no charge for this so if you want to stop at this stage it’s more than fine to say ‘thanks Linda, but I’m not quite feeling it’.
Finding the right relationship is essential to get the most out of your coaching and my priority is always to leave you feeling uplifted and energised. The introductory meeting is a safe, comfortable environment to figure out if we’re going to make that happen.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
Each coaching session is 60 minutes but can run up to a maximum of 90 if the conversation is flowing. If you’re based in Gippsland I’d love to meet face-to-face, otherwise I can arrange for a coaching session to take place via Skype or Zoom.
