Service Description

This 5 week online program provides the chance to connect with others as we explore evidence based wellbeing strategies to enhance your wellbeing in work and life. In 5 weekly 60 minute webinars, we'll move through a playbook of simple strategies for you to try at home to boost your positive emotion, personal productivity, relationships, and sense of meaning in life. This program will be delivered via Zoom and recorded to aid flexibility for participants wishing to move through the sessions in their own time. These videos will then be made available within a closed Facebook group for participants who wish to have greater flexibility with how they move through the webinars and playbook. Please let me know if you do not consent to these webinars being recorded via Zoom and made available only within the closed group.
