Mental Health First Aid

Opening up conversation, breaking down barriers for Workplace Wellbeing through Positive Psychology

Learn how you and your teams can support people who are struggling with mental health

Most of us are aware when a team mate or friend from work is struggling with life. The problem is, we don’t always know the right words to support them at the time .

It’s hard to balance the need to get work done while making sure the team around us are supported and well.

That’s why I run these workshops, to give you and your teams the information and skills to help someone you’re concerned about.

What is Mental Health First Aid?

Mental Health First Aid is a community-based mental health program that started in Australia and is now being taught worldwide. While there are many medical first aid courses available, there are very few courses designed to support and treat mental health.

These comprehensive courses give you and your teams information on mental health, break down the stigma attached to it and teach vital skills to help people who have mental health problems.

Here are the courses I run
